This site is a personal project that I've been working on to dust off my outdated HTML/CSS.
It's also a bit of a shrine to the fansites and personal blogs of the early oughts, which were
driven by online communities of tweens/teens--most of them young women and girls--that wanted to make and share cool or cute stuff.
They were mainly posted on free hosting sites like geocities, angelfire, and freewebs, or on the digital shopfronts of Neopets.
